We auto-generate manufacturing drawings from 3D CAD models, and every product decision we make from here depends on deeply understanding how engineers actually work. We are looking for someone who breathes engineering workflows and is eager to talk to customers every day.

What you'll do

• Be the technical face of our product in front of existing users
• Ensure our AI meets customer drafting standards
• Translate what you see in customer sessions into product insight for engineering and sales
• Educate the team on drafting conventions across industries
• Own the bridge between what customers expect and what the product delivers
• Find creative and simple solutions to user problems
