Our Engineers are product experts, technical advisors, and customer advocates, using a proactive approach to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes with our products or services. This role involves implementing custom integrations and workflows, providing deep product-level expertise, offering product support, and managing customer escalations. The role is based in Plano, Texas, and we expect this individual to be on-site - days a week
