Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our Engineers are product experts, technical advisors, and customer advocates, using a proactive approach to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes with our products or services. This role involves implementing custom integrations and workflows, providing deep product-level expertise, offering product support, and managing customer escalations. The role is based in Plano, Texas, and we expect this individual to be on-site - days a week



Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise on our Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies to ensure customers and partners maximize our products' potential.
