Position Overview

What you'll do
We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Mexico team and help build lasting partnerships with Clara’s clients. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they get the most value from our platform while acting as their trusted advisor. This is a cross-functional role that requires a mix of relationship management, commercial drive, and product insight.
Your mission will be to drive customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and contribute to Clara’s long-term success. At Clara, we value owners who take pride in the success of their customers and aren't afraid to dive deep into the data to solve complex problems.
