Position Overview
- We are seeking a results-oriented Customer Success Account Manager with a background in sales to drive engagement for our Spanish-speaking clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and drive retention through proactive outreach.
- Conduct outbound calls to identify opportunities and enhance client value.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (outbound/calling focus is a must).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends!).
- Work Style: On-site.
