What You'll DO
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Perform high volume filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation
- Organize, package, and ship title documents
- Provide professional customer service and phone support for title related inquiries
- Coordinate updates with state agencies, title vendors, and auctions
- Communicate with assigned clients and escalate concerns when needed
- Prepare and distribute invoices and periodic reports
