The Position
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Administrator to join the team.
You’ll join our client’s centralised Customer Solutions team, and will be responsible for providing high-quality sales administration and customer service support to Victorian customers, working closely with the Victorian team. Based in Adelaide, you’ll manage quotes, sales documentation, CRM accuracy and customer communication — ensuring the sales process is clean, organised and reliable from start to finish.
