Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (KPIs)
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelorβs degree
- Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
