Position Overview
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hour: Mon to Friday 9am to 6pm & Alternate Sat 9am to 1pm
The job scope includes:
• To handle inbound hotline calls to resolve enquiries from MPF scheme members and employers
• To do some outbound follow up call exercise (not sales related)
• To take messages when hotline is busy
Requirement:
• Good presentation skill with good telephone manner.
• General knowledge on MS office and typing.
• MPF or Call Centre experience is the most preferrable.
• But we accept those with general client service experience or even fresh graduate.
