Job Summary
The Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end order fulfillment operations, including customer service, warehouse management, and logistics coordination. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely deliveries, high customer satisfaction, and smooth cross-functional operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Management
• Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure high service standards
• Oversee order processing, returns, complaints, and after-sales support
