Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via hotline and online channels in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues within SLA
Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases to relevant teams
Maintain service quality standards and contribute to customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environment preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
