As the Customer Service Team Leader, based in Wellington office, in Petone. Permanent full-time role. You will lead a sales-driven team at the heart of the customer experience; balancing service excellence with strong commercial outcomes. You’ll build a high-performing team with a clear focus on sales capability, pitching, cross-selling, and upselling, using data to influence and drive revenue growth.
