Position Overview

 
  Description 
 This Seasonal (6-month) role will work the Stone Glacier Customer Experience team, primarily with B2B orders handling inbound order processing, invoicing and record-keeping of back ordered items.
 This position reports to the  Customer Service Manager  and is an in-house position for Stone Glacier, but housed at the Simms location in Bozeman, MT.
  As the Customer Experience Representative, you will have an opportunity to:  
 Efficiently handles order fulfillment in a timely manner with the highest level of accuracy
 Effectively balances a variable workload, shifting when necessary to meet the demands of the department and company
 Maintains a high level of professionalism while on the phone or communicating via email
