Our client is a market‑leading Regional Educational & Lifestyle Retailer located in North East Singapore.

We are seeking a Supervisor – Customer Service to lead and oversee daily customer service operations while ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.

Salary: $2800-$3,300 + PB + Transport Coverage. Working hours: Monday – Friday, office hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and coach Customer Service Officers to ensure high service standards
  • Monitor team KPIs, operational performance, and workload distribution
  • Handle escalated and complex customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and portal channels
  • Oversee accurate order processing, amendments, and cancellations
  • Resolve customer complaints and support issue escalation management
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while supporting sales initiatives
