Position Overview
- Serve as the primary (multichannel) point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Processing and managing customer orders in line with the company's procedures
- Entering and maintaining order data in ERP/CRM systems (Excel, MS Dynamics)
- Coordinating order fulfilment with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Planning, Customer Service)
- Tracking order status and monitoring delivery timelines
- Preparing order‑related documentation, reports, and summaries
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders with relevant information
- Identifying and resolving delivery or order‑related issues

A successful Customer Service Specialist within an Order Management team should have:
