Scope of duties:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in the end-to-end order management process while also acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Production, Logistics, and external customers.
Your responsibilities will include both operational excellence and proactive collaboration to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Manage customer orders in SAP and the e-commerce portal: validation, entry, tracking, and fulfillmentEnsure alignment of order details with commercial offers and SAP data (payment terms, pricing, Incoterms, delivery terms)Coordinate order planning with Production and monitor delivery timelinesAdvise on transport mode (FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL, Air) and calculate loading capacitiesOversee preparation of transport and export documentation, including customs and dangerous goods (ADR/IMDG)Organize shipments and returns in coordination with ware...
