Position Overview
Order and system management
+ Collect customer order and negotiate delivery time based on customer requirement and inventory fulfillment
+ System operation/data maintenance in SBD & customers' systems, such as price maintenance and update, order confirmation
+ Work with various departments to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time
Status tracking and feedback
+ Scope incl. FC to order, order to delivery, delivery to shipment, consignment inventory
+ Timely feedback and support of various orders problems
Bill to cash mgmt.
+ Reconciling with customers, billing, and cooperating with related departments to improve DSO
Sales support:
+ act as an interface (one window but not only window)of customer requirements and complains to provide feedback and solution
Sales forecast driving
+ Closely cooperate with customers and sales team to collect sales forecast and market info.
