Job Summary
Serve as the primary communication bridge between the company and customers, manage consumer interactions, and handle daily operational administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to messages (WhatsApp, Live Chat, Social Media), answer calls, and provide product education.
- Complaint Handling: Resolve customer issues quickly, politely, and effectively.
- Data Entry: Input order data accurately into the system (CRM/Excel).
- Documents & Reporting: Create invoices/receipts and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Stock Coordination: Monitor product availability with the warehouse and logistics teams.
- Follow-up: Contact potential buyers to finalize transactions or pending payments.
