Communicate with game players through the online customer service system to promptly respond to and resolve issues encountered by players during the game;
Record and provide feedback on players' suggestions, opinions or bugs to help optimize the player experience;
Familiar with the basic game mechanics and able to provide effective guidance and support;
Cooperate with the operation and technical teams to assist in handling emergencies and common consultation matters.
Job Requirements
Work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, accept shift work.
Proficient in using computers, good text input skills and fast typing speed.
Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient and meticulous, and be able to properly deal with players' emotions.
Must be proficient in English and be able to communicate fluently in writing and reading.
