Position Overview
The position provides "Category of One" customer service at all times. This high volume sales and service position will allow you to engage your customer service skills by delivering prompt and accurate answers to telephone banking customers, as well as promoting self-service options and convenience services.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to and build relationships with over 100 customers every day.
- Work individually and as a team to meet and exceed established goals, i.e., call handle time goals, availability goals, customer service performance goals, sales and quality goals.
- Be responsible for resolving customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, services, technology, and procedures.
