Job Summary:
The Customer Service & Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting products and services, assisting customers, and achieving sales targets through excellent communication and customer engagement. This role requires experience in both sales and customer service within a BPO environment.
Qualifications:
College level
With at least 1 year of BPO sales experience
With at least 1 year of BPO customer service experience
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport
Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell products or services to customers
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed sales and performance targets
