Your role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be handling order intake and providing support to both internal teams and external clients by addressing their questions and requests. Your responsibilities include:

Develop a solid understanding of customer support processes, especially in handling service disruptions and recovery efforts.

Begin cultivating strong connections with a select group of clients, while also stepping in to support fellow Customer Service team members when needed.
