Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Attends togeneral inquiries, facilitates out-patient
availments through the 24/7 Hotline.
Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges
through the 24/7 Hotline.
Secures medical documents related to hotline
transactions as deemed necessary.
Billing and payment verification
Cross-departmental Collaboration
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate
superior
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
With good communication skills.
Willing to work on a rotational shift.
With the good internet connection
With Computer/Desktop equipment
