Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide remote, receptionist-style support for a team based in Westminster, Colorado. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and keeping information organized in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for incoming calls, route inquiries to the right teams, and assist with light administrative and payment-related follow-up using business systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Dialpad.
Responsibilities:
