PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact customers to define the necessary scope of work. Work closely with credit and compliance to ensure orders are completed. Provide outstanding customer service. Work on difficult issues regarding client complaints and other issues. Work closely with department managers, such as sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services. Creation and control of quotes according to customer needs by successfully following the completion of the Contract Review and Risk Analysis. Communicate with customers on Contract Review and/or Risk Analysis matters for clarification. Responsible for ensuring purchase orders received from customers are aligned with quotes and confirm customer eligibility. Responsible for revising and adjusting quotes. Communicate with the customer regularly reporting progress of all jobs in order to keep them properly informed.<...
