A fast-paced office is in need of temporary assistance in a Customer Service Representative role. Position is located in Tucson, AZ and starts right away. Dynamic work environment with a great team!
Key Responsibilities
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
+ Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally
+ Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
+ Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams as needed
+ Provide product/service information and recommendations
+ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
+ Meet or exceed performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
