From providing caring, compassionate and enthusiastic service over the phone to communicating guest needs to the appropriate departments, this position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a very fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
+ Handle high volume of in bound and outbound calls in an expedient and professional manner
+ Input accurate reservations and special requests into OpenTable and digital reservation system
