Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and account inquiries
- Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
- Adhere to performance metrics such as quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of International BPO experience
- Must be a College Graduate or College Level (Undergrad)
- Must have experience in Billing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Willingness to work onsite and on graveyard shift
