Customer Service Representative – Spanish Speaking
Location: Portugal
For an international company based in Portugal, we are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
- Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
- Record and document customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain quality and service standards.
- Collaborate with international teams when necessary.
No prior customer service experience is required.
