Key Responsibilities - Accurately process and track customer orders in ERP systems.
- Confirm orders and provide clear delivery timelines.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide updates on order status.
- Resolve routine issues and elevate complex matters as needed.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and planning teams for timely fulfillment.
