Customer Service Representative receives and processes customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff.
This job requires analysis, judgement, and sensitivity to customer needs.
The Jobholder utilizes knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
Jobholders exercise judgement and discretion, and function independently within authorized limits.
