Our client in the nonprofit industry is seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to support constituents, donors, members, and community partners through professional and timely communication. Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from donors, clients, members, and community stakeholders
+ Provide accurate information regarding programs, services, events, and organizational resources
