**Description**
As a **Customer Service Representative** , you are a key level of support for our valued retail store customers. A large portion of your day will be spent answering customer inquiries and entering & processing orders (50-100 daily) via the AS400 system. In addition to order support, you will investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution. To be most successful in this investigative work, you will need to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role will be M-F working in our Long Island, NY (Bethpage) office.
