We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 2 day Trade show event next week here in Reno. This role supports on-site event and trade show activity by helping introduce the company’s offerings to prospective customers and creating a positive first impression. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging new people, identifying buying interest, and turning conversations into leads and orders.


Responsibilities:

• Build a strong understanding of the company’s products by working closely with the business owner before and during events.

• Represent the company by welcoming attendees and encouraging them to visit the booth.

• Initiate conversations with passing visitors to spark interest and increase booth traffic throughout the event.
