Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Take inbound calls for orders, donations, prayers, and other requests
Retain and win back dissatisfied customers
Assist elderly customers and provide thoughtful solutions to their concerns
Research information using available resources (knowledge-based materials, scriptures, magazines, Bible, etc.)
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written, with fluent speech)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
