Join our Customer Care team and play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience for US and EMEA regions. You will manage customer orders endβtoβend, ensure accuracy, and collaborate closely with internal teams, driving results the Danfoss way.
**What Youβll Be Doing**
+ Take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders/transactions from receipt to closure, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with defined processes.
+ Ensure adherence to service level expectations and maintain performance within agreed operational benchmarks.
+ Ensure completeness and correctness of customer data and order inputs in ERP systems and relevant tools.
