Customer Service Representative - Polish-speaking
In order to support Bio-Rad and our successful future growth we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Customer Service team in Budapest. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make significant contribution within our dynamic and growing international team.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard, with accuracy and reducing transaction times within agreed timeframes: Order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports & invoicing, claim & return handling and creditingDeal with customer calls and complaints effectively and professionally as per the service level agreementEnsure case and call logging to a high quality standard with regular updates on cases until successful conclusionWork collaboratively with Sales, Finance and other relevant intern...
