Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support a 6-8 week project in customer account management, order coordination across assigned accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service through timely communication, proactive problem-solving, and accurate management of customer and shipment information while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure all requests are handled within established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain and update customer master data and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and organization
• Partner closely with Sales and Logistics teams to coordinate shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates proactively to customers
