Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: QUEZON CITY
Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Nightshift
This role requires you to serve as the primary point of contact between a company and its clients, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. They are responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving technical or service-related issues, and providing accurate information about products or services across various communication channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with a minimum of 1 year of BPO international voice experience
- OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience
- We also welcome fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
