The position of Customer Service Representative will have primary responsibility to provide high-level support by assisting customers, both internal and external, and providing accurate data entered in all necessary systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage heavy call and email volume in a professional and timely manner
Administer elevated service programs including customer reporting and communication processes for specific customers
Assists internal and external customers with information or document requests
Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
Assists in maintaining and monitoring electronic data for customers
