Responsibilities


+ Handle day-to-day interactions between the company and customers to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.

+ Engage with internal and external customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.

+ Manage inbound and outbound calls, faxes, and emails, efficiently resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

+ Document notes in relevant systems and communicate effectively via email with clients while on calls.

+ Support sales interface and uphold standards for quality service delivery.
