Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in California on a contract basis with the potential for a long-term opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing a steady call volume, and keeping information organized with accuracy. Responsibilities:
• Handle approximately 10 incoming calls each day, providing timely and attentive assistance to customers.
• Complete a higher volume of outbound calls after training, typically ranging from 30 to 80 calls daily, to support follow-up and service needs.
• Send follow-up links and communicate next steps clearly so customers understand how to proceed.
