The Big Task
We’re looking for an onsite Customer Service Representative (CSR) who understands the power of a warm welcome, a calm voice, and a well-handled call. Key Sub Tasks
+ Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments.
+ Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
+ Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences.
+ Participate in training to boost booked calls.
