Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts and daily administrative operations for a manufacturing organization in Hauppauge, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance responsive customer communication with strong coordination across sales, management, and internal support teams. The role focuses on keeping order activity accurate, addressing customer requests promptly, and helping maintain a smooth office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain customer-facing portals by updating order information, timing changes, access credentials, and other account-related details as needed.
• Monitor online order activity each day, resolve exceptions, and process actions such as reallocations, expedited requests, cancellations, and return-related documentation.
