This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Solving telephone requests from existing customers.
- Providing information about products and services (additional services, tariffs).
- Providing information on Billing for services and payments for customer's services.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Work with Service Requests and their transfer to all competent departments (creation, sending, closing, informing the customer about the status of the request).
