Barcelona, On‑site (Full‑time 39 hours/week, permanent contract)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will take incoming customer calls (telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands. You will log call details onto call management systems and provide responses and resolution within SLA, maintain service and product knowledge related to applications specific to individual customers, and initially/escalate potential service issues with Mentor.
