Position Overview
Eaton’s North American Sales division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This is a hybrid role based in our Ellisville, MO facility.
**What you’ll do:**
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing Eaton customers, distributors, end users, potential customers and Field Sales with product, delivery, pricing, claims/returns and program information. This role will manage customer orders, including order entry, order changes, expediting orders and shipments with operations. The CSR will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer information, validating price, verifying order terms and conditions, confirming routing rules and entering shipment, quantity and date information
