This is a full time, non-exempt position

**MAIN FUNCTION:** This individual will report to the Office Supervisor and is part of the commercial merchandising team at the location. The CSR will be proficient in multiple systems within the major areas of the Clerical function, Grain Settlements, and Farmer Origination tasks. Clerical duties and tasks are standardized, resolve mainly routine questions and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher levels of responsibility. The CSR will also perform routine clerical functions, including filing, answering phones, distributing materials, record retention.
