Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a 3-month contract assignment. This role will support day-to-day customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and help ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
+ Resolve customer issues related to orders, accounts, billing, or service requests
