Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a customer service rep on to the team. You will be a key member on the centralized support services team to deliver a great experience to clients via telephone and email. You will work in a team environment to assist clients with account information, place trades, and other service-oriented transactions. This position will require you to develop an expertise on policies and procedures, assist with escalated issues, and problem resolution. In addition, you will learn a broad view of brokerage operations. Estimated pay 18-20/hr
