Customer Service Representative (Retail – Non-Voice)
Location: Pasig Bridgetowne
Provide customer support primarily via chat and email (90% non-voice)
Handle inquiries on orders, returns, refunds, and product information
Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive experience
Accurately document interactions and follow company procedures
Meet key performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all written communications
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
At least 2 years Graduate (associate, vocational, or 4 years graduate)
Strong written communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and typing skills
Prior customer service experience is a plus
